The Newest at OSI: Melee & Brawl Tournament Date Confirmed!

Our second event is officially confirmed! A Brawl and Melee Tournament featuring Singles and Doubles for each.  Saturday May 21, 2011 from 11 am to 8 pm. Ohio State Union at Ohio State University 3rd Floor of the Building, Interfaith Prayer and Refection Room. Food and Drink is available throughout the building on several floors. The first tournament was a success! We had 48 entrants in the tournament as well as 60+ in attendance. We raised $300 in Charity donations as well as $240 in Prize Giveaways. We had 16 TVs dedicated for pools and an additional 4 TVs used for friendlies. We also had three projectors running which helped make the tournament really organized (one for announcements, one for the livestream, and one for the bracket). We also got the Coke Grant, so hopefully everyone enjoyed the treat of free Coke and bottled water (and donuts).

The Newest at OSI: Melee Tournament Tomarrow

Our first event starts tomarrow! Saturday April 23, 2011 from 11 am to 8 pm. Ohio State Union at Ohio State University 1st Floor of the Building, Great Hall Meeting Room 1, 2 & 3.

Look forward to Brawl, Melee and 64 Smash tomarrow. Registration starts at 11am and ends at 12pm. Melee Tournament Starts at 12:30pm and will last ~4 hours. Melee Doubles may happen Saturday Evening. 25 TVs have been acquired and setup for Tournament and Casual Play. LIVE stream with Commentary Provided. Game footage and event footage Recorded as well as Drinks provided.

You won't want to miss this.
